Hotel Sonnegg

The Sonnegg team is always there for you

Antonia and Georg have been running the Sonnegg Hotel for 36 years. Together they took over the then 20-bed guesthouse from Georg’s parents and expanded and renovated it year after year.

There was an all around renovation in 2016, followed by many more comfort improvements in subsequent years. In 2019 we have fulfilled the great desire of a parking garage. And in 2020, spontaneously and by chance, a second hotel was built. And so, on July 4, 2021, we opened the Hotel Goldstück.

So we don’t get bored, and no sooner is a project completed than new ideas are already haunting our minds.

He regularly accompanies guests on early bird rides to the Großglockner, to enjoy a light breakfast while taking in the breathtaking view at 2,500 metres above sea level. And of course he’s never too shy to give out a tip or two. You’ll find a few of them here on our website
