ARRIVAL

Please leave your room on your day of departure by so we can prepare it for the next guests.

DEPOSIT

We take a deposit of 30% of the total price per room. You’ll find out the exact amount of the deposit when you make your booking. Raiffeisenbank Saalbach

COVERED CAR PARK:

In our new garage, your cars, motorbikes and mountain bikes will be protected from harsh weather. In winter, we charge €12 per day for a parking space and ask that you reserve it in advance. Parking spaces in the garage are free for motorbikes and mountain bikes in summer. There is also a charging station for electric cars.

DOGS:

Your four-legged friends are more than welcome at the Hotel Sonnegg, with our approval. It’s only the restaurant where they’re not allowed to go. In the rooms, we’d appreciate you using a dog crate or bed. We charge €25 per dog per day (excluding food) with the option to charge extra for cleaning after you check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Free cancellation is possible up to 12 weeks before your arrival date. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to Austrian hotel contract conditions. The main thing is that if we’re able to sell the room after it becomes available again, we’ll do that and endeavour to avoid any expenses for you.

INSURE YOURSELF FOR A RELAXED HOLIDAY:

Because life doesn’t always go to plan. Especially when dealing with a well-deserved holiday, we recommend that all of our guests take out travel insurance.
